#L K Bennett’s disappearing act

Thank you #L K Bennett for fixing the dress I bought on Saturday and wore for the pic on our blog #”What we wear on Mondays” (see this week’s post for pic). A gorgeous silk jersey number, which I love, but which had a hanger impression at the top of one sleeve. I don’t know about you, but I dislike a serious flaw in a garment – your eye goes directly to it, and try as you might, you can’t forget it’s there. So I trotted along to the #L K Bennett store in Westfield on Tuesday, wanting to replace the dress but they didn’t have another in the size. However, the manageress did steam the dress so well, that the hanger impression disappeared. Very happy customer! The dress is now residing in my wardrobe, folded in half lengthwise and hung over the bar of a hanger – can’t wait to wear it again. Have you any ideas for getting rid of hanger impressions?
