We blogged about entering the #Dragons Den yesterday. Well, we entered and we are alive to record the journey. The event itself, arranged by #Jack Symons’ #Ground Floor Ventures, at the very cool #Food restaurant in #Worthing, was brilliant.
It was charmingly chaired by writer and broadcaster #Mitch Symons, and we had a hugely entertaining evening and met some fascinating people, including former #Big Breakfast and #Big Brother producer #Shed Simove, who calls himself “the ideas man” and has invented a series of dazzling novelties and gifts including sets of birthday candles which read, among other slogans, “Don’t Ask” and “Lost Count”, an iPad notebook which is actually a notebook, and a cereal called Credit Crunch (www.shedsimove.com)
And, after yesterday’s blog when I confessed to a meltdown over my wardrobe indecision, this is what I finally decided to wear: an on-trend, but non-scary, silk batwing dress by #Jaeger Boutique, with a chunky necklace from #H and M, black #Sergio Rossi courts and my chunky black cuff from the #V&A Museum Shop.
